Alyssa Alon, ASID

Alyssa Alon is the founder of Alon Studio, a bicoastal interior design studio with clients in New York and Los Angeles.

Alyssa may have stumbled into the interior design world by chance more than 6 years ago, but she’s always had an eye for aesthetics. She grew up in Los Angeles, California in an artistic family, surrounded by the arts and entertainment industry from a very young age. She earned  a degree in Interior Architecture and began her career in fashion PR, and eventually transitioned into celebrity styling. She spent several years as a stylist assistant and worked with many high-profile celebrities, musicians, and celebrity stylists.

In 2012 she was ready for a change. On a whim, she applied for a job at a reputable interior design firm in West Hollywood. Little did she know that this would change the course of her life entirely. In this new position, she was exposed to countless construction sites, renovations, and – thanks to her good eye and unique design style – quickly learned the ropes of the interior design industry. Alyssa realized that this was her true calling and decided to make it official: She went back to school and earned her degree in Interior Architecture.

Now with armed formal training under her belt and the skills needed to succeed in the industry, Alyssa created Alon Studio in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. She works one-on-one with residential and commercial clients all over the country, including Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and San Diego. She has experience on projects of all sizes, whether it’s furniture layouts, e-design, styling, or renovation. Her work has been featured in Brides magazine, Laurel & Wolf, and Homepolish. Alyssa is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and when she isn’t designing, can often be found volunteering at an animal shelter.
